I did some more digital colouring of my drawings! Two more High Rollers characters, this time it's the squishy magic boys.



Quill, aarakocra cleric, casting his favourite spell Guiding Bolt (Quill's motto is basically "you don't need healing if I vapourize the enemies with Guiding Bolt first" :P). Wing-arms are not easy to draw, I discovered! His right eye looks strange because it's a magic eye, a gift from his god to replace one he lost (he is not lucky with injuries, he started the campaign with a missing wing and then lost an eye, plus had a few other less permanent ones).


Lucius, high elf sorcerer, after Alfons Mucha's The Arts: Painting - I've wanted to try something Art Nouveau inspired for a while, and after he nearly died again I really wanted to draw a pretty happy Lucius! It was not easy (I may have spent significant amounts of time just staring at the original's hands and going "Mucha, how???", I redrew them so. many. times... and the diamonds took a while), but I like how it turned out.

Thank you! :) My parents helped with the one on Lucius, they wanted to see how the colouring worked so I screen-shared while skyping and they got direct input.

I love your Flower Fairies icon! I want to draw Lucius in that style someday (he had a cursed flower crown that basically turned him into a giant fairy for a while).
